I have a vast experience with reporting and analytics which includes Advanced Skills in Microsoft Office (including VBA), and using SQL for data mining, analysis and database management.
Experience has taught me how to build strong relationships with all departments in an organization. I am confident to work with a team as well as cross-team. I work closely with different departments and stakeholders which includes Operations, Fraud and Compliance, Customer and Business Assurance, Training and Quality, and most especially with Human Resources and Workforce.
I have created and automated various reports from agent level and ad-hoc tasks to high level reporting which includes Employee List maintenance, New Hire and Tenured Agent Performance, Fraud and Compliance ad-hoc reports, Site Level and Global Metrics of various departments and HR Attrition Reports.
A part of my role is to make sure that data is accurate and up to date. This includes troubleshooting and making sure that the logic behind the SQL queries used is within the requirements from the stakeholders.
