I am a very experienced hemodialysis nurse for I have worked as Hemodialysis Nurse for 20 years. I have a very good leadership quality as testament to my 16 years working as Head Nurse at International Renal Care Center (Sela Medical), Jeddah Kingdom of Saudia Arabia (November 2008 to December 15, 2025). I take charge in the day to day operation of the whole dialysis unit, making sure that practices adhere to CDC and KDOQI guidelines. I actively participates with the nephrologists and consultant in creating individualized treatment plan for each patient based on the laboratory results that is being done on a monthly basis. I am in charge in training new nurses as well as evaluating the skills and practices of the staff nurses. I am very strict when it comes to infection control and most especially, patients' safety.
I currently hold active nursing licenses from US (New Yor Board of Nursing), Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (Saudi Commission for Health Specialties-RN), and Philippines (PHRN)
