I started my career as an Accounting Assistant with SM
Supershopping Market and Wilcon Depot Inc., where I built a strong
foundation in financial documentation and reporting. My role as a
Billing Assistant at FBM allowed me to refine my billing processes,
accuracy, and organizational efficiency.
In 2020, I transitioned into the BPO industry, handling both telco
and healthcare accounts as a CSR at Concentrix and TTEC. My
career later focused on medical billing, where I worked with Ruby
Staffing and Takahami Billing in the U.S. to manage claims,
authorizations, and insurance follow-ups. In 2025, I advanced from
a Medical Records Retrieval Specialist to a Case Manager,
showcasing my ability to adapt, lead, and grow in the healthcare
industry. I bring strong communication skills, analytical thinking,
and a commitment to quality service in every role I take on.
