I graduated Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management on the year 2024. My first job is working as a Front Desk Associate. I can humbly say that my communication skill is what stands out the most as we are mainly talking and communicating to our guests on a daily basis whether dealing with inquiries about our product or even complaints.
