As a Company Registered Nurse my duties and responsibilities as follows:
> Vital Sign Taking (BP, Pulse/heart rate)
> Assisting Company Physician in patient consultation.
> Provide First-aid to employees. > Respond to Medical i-----------, a----------- and illness. > Assess in minor injuries. > Monitor and replinish medical and dental supplies. > Coordinate with the employee in there referrals. > Prepare employees medical reimbursement. > Assess company dentist in employees oral prophylaxis. > Dispense maintenance medicine both plant based and outbased employees > Collaborate with the management and local healthcare providers for referrals. > Maintain medical records and ensure confidentiality of the patient information.
