I’m an IT Administrator supporting cloud, collaboration, and ITSM operations. I handle AWS environments for Indra Client through third-party platforms like Drupal, manage SharePoint sites and permissions through this I was able to learn and use basic Power Automate to streamline routine tasks and improve operational efficiency, furthermore administer ServiceNow by modifying service catalogs and processing ITIL-aligned change requests. In an MSP environment, I manage Microsoft Exchange and Google Workspace tenants for Australian client.
