As an Industrial engineering educated, I understand both management and operations from scientific perspective. Both my education and Experience had provided me a strong mathematical background including Material on Financial Engineering, Scheduling, Reliability and Quality Control.
With my work experiences, I have use computer as a tool to solve problems with the most computer software available. And with my Tenure ship in a Business Process. I have been trained to handle related Client’s product - customer service, inquiry, complaint handling and processing of requests in a prompt, efficient and courteous manner producing high quality performance exceeding customers/ client expectations.
I have prepared guidance and real time performance trending to ensure that the business is able to maximize its financial capability and achieve business targets. This equipped me with analysis, negotiation, business development, and Account development.
I can also relate to Human Resources: applying social skills to work with all types of employees from engineers to salespeople to Top management To Labor Work Force. Writing and presentation skill are very important to me, since, I can measure employee aptitude and motivation to encourage communication, morale and leadership.
