I've used English a lot in both professional and educational settings. I'm a Licensed Professional Teacher and used to work as an ESL teacher at Phonics Online Tutorial Services. I taught students of all ages and levels, making sure the lessons were fun and matched what each student needed. I helped them get better at speaking, listening, reading, and writing in English, and also taught them how to use the language in everyday life and at work, while also incorporating cultural understanding to enhance communication in diverse environments.
Besides teaching, I worked as a Technical Support Representative at Qualfon Philippines, where I talked to customers and solved their issues using clear and professional English. I’ve also worked as a Software Quality Analyst and Mailroom Operator, where I used English for reports, teamwork, and talking to clients. In all my jobs, being comfortable with English has helped me do my work well and connect with people easily.
