My professional journey began at Alorica where I spent for 2 years and a half gaining experience in customer-facing roles. Initially, I focused on billing and retention for a newspaper account, and after that I got transitioned to satellite radio account after a year and a half where my capabilities also included billing support and radio activation.
I joined ADP Philippines Inc., for a year, contributing to their payroll and tax processing operations, including handling garnishments, ensuring timely employee payments, check recording, and tracking deliveries.
And I also joined RealPage Philippines Inc., for 2 years and a half, a software company, where I supported the leasing process for Real Estate companies by providing information to prospects, checking availability, and scheduling appointments.
I am also proficient in Graphic design using Canva.
