I’m an aspiring freelancer based in the Philippines, transitioning from over 13 years in the BPO industry (2006–2019) into creative and administrative freelance work. I also have strong administrative experience: I’ve created trackers in Excel, organized files and schedules, and even built an SOP-style system using OneNote to help streamline team processes. My customer service background taught me to communicate clearly and solve problems efficiently, skills I still carry into every client project.
