Working as HR for 4 years makes me learn and master the Leadership and Management which develops my ability to lead and manage a team with strong leadership and decision making skills. Also I develop more in communication and Interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, management and ecternal partners. I am also able to coach and develop employees to improve thier performance and achieve career goals. I am also familiar with HR Systems including HRIS, recruitment platforms and performance management tools.
