Cost Estimation — Preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQ), Detailed Quantity Estimates, Detailed Unit Price Analysis (DUPA), Programs of Works, and cost estimates for labor, materials, and equipment for bidding and budgeting purposes. Skilled in preparing supporting financial documents such as Statement of Work Accomplished (SWA), progress billings, and certificates of payment.
Project Coordination — Facilitating communication between project offices, international consultants, and contractors; monitoring schedules and budgets; maintaining project records; and drafting/routing official correspondence and transmittals.
AutoCAD Drafting — Producing preliminary design plans, as-staked plans, variation/change order plans, and as-built plans. Knowledge in reviewing technical drawing plans and designs for compliance and accuracy.
Technical Writing & Documentation — Reviewing and preparing Inception Reports, Progress Reports, Detailed Engineering Design (DED) plans, feasibility studies, and compliance documentation for foreign-assisted projects.

I'm highly organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable managing documentation-heavy workflows independently. I'm proficient in AutoCAD, Planswift, SketchUp, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Canva, and etc.
