Reliable Marketing & Executive Support for Businesses That Can't Afford to Drop the Ball
I'm Kint, a Marketing Virtual Assistant and Executive Assistant with experience across e-commerce, legal, real estate, print, and education businesses since 2020. I help business owners stay organized, keep their marketing running, and grow, without needing to micromanage.
Most VAs specialize in either marketing or admin. I do both, because most small businesses and solo founders don't need a specialist in a silo, they need someone who can run the social media calendar in the morning, manage an executive's inbox and schedule in the afternoon, and follow up on invoices before the day ends. That's the role I've held, repeatedly, for real employers.
Marketing & Content: I plan and run email marketing campaigns, manage organic social media through Meta Business Suite, write website and newsletter copy, and build and maintain WordPress sites. I built and maintained multi-site web properties for a legal industry client from the ground up, including a business directory and blog.
Executive & Operations Support: I manage executive calendars, coordinate cross-team projects, and maintain CRM records and payment plans in GoHighLevel and HubSpot, keeping client and financial data organized and up to date without daily oversight from the business owner.
E-Commerce & Lead Generation: I've run full-cycle e-commerce operations (product listings, invoicing, customer relations) and generated and qualified leads through outbound calling for sales teams, so I understand both sides of the customer journey: bringing leads in, and keeping customers happy after the sale.
Events & Community: I've run recurring virtual events end-to-end, Zoom logistics, Eventbrite registration, sponsor and membership records, and post-event reporting.
I hold a Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education (Magna Cum Laude) and I'm completing a Master's in Educational Administration, training that shows up in how I work: clear written communication, structured processes, and documentation that means nothing depends on tribal knowledge.
Tools I use daily: GoHighLevel, HubSpot, WordPress, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, CapCut, Eventbrite, Meta Business Suite, Google Workspace, Notion, Microsoft Office, and AI tools to move faster without cutting corners.
What sets me apart from most VA applicants: I've done this across legal, e-commerce, real estate, print, and education businesses, not one narrow niche, so I adapt fast to a new industry instead of needing months to ramp up. And I've consistently been trusted to run marketing and executive support at the same time, for the same employer, which is a combination most VAs never get the chance to prove they can handle.
I'm looking for a long-term working relationship with a business that values reliability, clear communication, and someone who treats your operations like they're mine. If that's the kind of support you need, let's talk.
Available to start immediately, full-time (40 hours/week), and comfortable working across US/AU/UK business hours.
