Worked 2 years as a IT Tech Support for a BPO company (Monitored and managed the dialer, built and developed the company's website alone, setup the networking for agents' units, and installed CCTVs). After that, I worked 3 years as a IT Tech Support also at a Real Estate Firm (Developed a Desktop Application to automate their current operation which they are using Google Sheets and Excel, managed the networking for the desktops and also installed CCTVs)
As primary frontend developer, built the entire client-side of Sikaty - a UK freelance marketplace - using Next.js (App Router), TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS for 1 year and 3 months. Key contributions span:
Core pages & design system: Landing page, blog, category browsing, and Help Center, all built on a custom editorial design system (Fraunces/DM Sans typography, teal/yellow branding, scroll animations) with SEO infrastructure baked in.
Seller profiles: A multi-step profile wizard (validation, save logic, profile-strength scoring) and public seller pages with portfolios and reviews.
Real-time chat: WebSocket-driven chat UI with dual-channel architecture (notifications + active chat) and mobile-responsive components.
Order management: Migrated the entire order flow from Bootstrap to Next.js/TypeScript - feeds, details, deliveries, role-based views - plus the gig creation wizard and seller dashboard.
Payments UI: Full Stripe Elements + PayPal subscription checkout flow, pricing pages, and debugging of client-side payment failures.
Foundational migration: Converted the original Bootstrap/HTML templates into the current Next.js/TypeScript/Tailwind stack across every major page.
