I’m Nheil, A Certified Marketing Management Specialist, Magna Cum Laude Marketing Graduate, and proud Most Outstanding Marketing Student of the Philippines 2023 awardee.
I believe that great ideas deserve great execution—and that’s exactly why I chose marketing. But beyond the concepts and campaigns, what truly fuels me is leading with purpose and inspiring others to grow.
All throughout college, I thrived not just in academics, but in leadership. I held key positions in various councils and student organizations, where I discovered the power of collaboration, empathy, and vision. These experiences shaped me into a transformational leader—one who listens, innovates, and acts with heart.
I also challenged myself beyond the classroom, joining competitions both locally and globally, including 2024 Global Brand Planning Competition in Singapore, 2023 Search for Most Outstanding Marketing Students of the Philippines, and Annual Marketing Competition (2021 & 2022)
Currently, I serve as a Project Officer at the Department of Agriculture - Philippine Carabao Center, assisting over 90 Dairy Box outlets across the country with branding, promotional materials, and strategic marketing plans. On top of that, I’m honored to lead as the agency’s Youth Coordinator, empowering young agripreneurs to thrive through business ideation coaching and the Youth Farmers’ Challenge.
