Hi, I’m ----------- a Licensed Physical Therapist based in the Philippines. For 2 years I worked in the Hospital in both outpatient
and in patient departments that helped me to honed my skills in clinical documentation. I’ve encountered and managed various patients in all ages with each unique medical diagnosis. Additionally , I’m able to worked closely with other healthcare providers such as physician and nurses to provide Holistic Care .
