For the past three years, I have been training large language models (LLMs) or artificial intelligence (AI) models. Before these models were ever launched, I was already one of the few people who had the opportunity to train them. Having no AI background, as I worked as a Customer Service Assistant in the banking industry, I worked very hard to make sure I learn everything to meet the clients/our company's needs. And it became fruitful as I became a Quality Analyst after joining just a few months. As an AI QA, I make sure all of the tutors' work were checked and that they receive constructive feedback that aligns with the policies, instructions, and goals of every project. I have helped develop workflows, rubrics, documentation (instruction, reporting, learning materials), and helped analyze the performance of tea-----------mbers to guide them further.
I'm a very flexible worker and I adapt quickly, I've been pivoted to different projects and have always learned and applied instructions swiftly. I have strong analytical & research skills and attention to detail. I'm someone who believes in doing things properly and efficiently. I have a strong eye for detail, and I always try to ensure that the end result is something both my team and/or I can be proud of. I'm the type of person who is very open to new learning and experiences.
