• Prepare reports on daily monitoring of raw materials and packaging materials deliveries from local and import suppliers.
• Prepare deviation reports on materials that do not met requirements based on standard preferences.
• Evaluate materials upon receiving to ensure the quality and be able to submit complaints on the supplier.
• Checking of documents of the alternative materials if complied with the countries regulations and CODEX requirements.
• Involve in checking the HACCP manual and assist in audits (customer audit, FSSC audit, Halal audit, etc.)
• Updating documents submitted by the supplier and create raw, packaging and product contact material specifications sheet.
