Since October 2025, I have been providing administrative support for an Australian retail shopfitting and construction company, supporting both the Projects and Accounts teams while working directly with clients. I work closely with Project Managers to ensure all project documentation is properly organised and managed before, during, and after each project. This includes preparing and coordinating documents for submission to Building Surveyors to initiate projects, ensuring Site Managers update project photos and site diaries in Procore, and collecting subcontractor compliance and sign-off certificates required for final submission and project handover.
I also coordinate administrative requirements such as site inductions and documentation requests from different project locations and shopping centres where projects are taking place. In addition, I support the Accounts team by managing the accounts inbox, uploading supplier invoices, issuing head contract invoices to clients, and responding to or forwarding email queries to the appropriate personnel. I also prepare the weekly Accounts Receivable report for the company’s accountant and assist with financial processes using Xero.
From April 2023 to October 2025, I supported an Australian construction company where I managed sales and purchase invoices using Simpro, VendorCafe, and Xero, ensuring invoices were uploaded, tracked, and reconciled accurately to support efficient financial operations.
Previously, I worked for a Shared Services company, Reed Elsevier (RELX), as a Content Collection Specialist for LexisNexis, where I ensured competitive legal content was captured and published in real time. I also led the startup of a Canadian legal document collection team.
