I worked as a eLearning Specialist (Sr. Graphic Designer) for over 3 years, and an eLearning Developer for over 2 years--both inside the L&D department, working closely with Instructional Designers, designing and developing interactive learning modules and gamified activities to support learning engagement and knowledge retention.
