I graduated Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management, former President of Association of Hotel and Restaurant Management and Services. I handled different events as part of my course and it also developed my skills such as being organized and detail oriented. I take it as a challenge whenever a problem arise and how to deal and resolve it.
During my internship, I was assigned at the Executive Office in a four star Hotel and Restaurant. I witnessed the reality of work and different issues arise in different departments. I'm grateful during that time my supervisor ( Executive Secretary) taught me on how to handle various issues with focus and presence of mind. You also need to reach out and always coordinate with the department heads for proper delegation and achieving solutions to some issues. I remember she told me that, if I become an executive secretary or and assistant. Don't just think that "I'm just an assistant" You will be the representation of your boss in his behalf and his partner in achieving goals and success of the company.
As I enter the corporate world. All my learnings and experiences during my college days and internship I shared and applied. For 11 years of experience in administrative and support and customer service. I grow and shared my experience and skills to my junior coordinator.
Never stop learning always upskills for your own growth and development. Be passionate and dedicated in everything that you do.
