My first client is an MGA using ALIS and I worked as a commercial auto broker assistant and data processor (filing SL Taxes in 23 states, binding and invoicing, endorsing, policy issuance, NOC/NOR, final audit and many more). My experience expanded to working with agencies and carriers offering personal lines insurance using Applied Epic, AMS360 and EGBAR.
