Hi, I’m Rec. I’ve been in HR for over 14 years, both in leadership and hands-on roles, and I’ve always enjoyed working closely with business leaders to bring people strategies to life. What I love most is partnering with teams to solve real challenges—whether it’s around performance, engagement, or organizational design. I believe HR should be a true business enabler, and that’s what excites me about this role. It’s that sweet spot where strategy and people come together, and it’s where I feel I can add the most value.
