Hi! I’m a DMD graduate with a strong clinical background and a deep interest in the administrative side of dentistry.
I spent 6 years in dental school and have experience in actual clinic workflows. While I am now transitioning into my first role as a Dental Virtual Assistant, I am not a typical "beginner." I already understand the procedures, the terminology, and the high standards of care required in a dental office.

Professional Communication: As a former ESL teacher and Medical Representative, I am comfortable and confident when speaking with patients or insurance providers.
