customer service representative, administrative assistant

I was a cutomer service representative for almost 5 years. I worked as admin in a hotel and mange hotel, most of my experience is in BPO where I multitask. My jobs are calling facility to schedule fax retrieval or onsite. Documentation of what transpires on the call. Manage billing and providing benefits inculsions, submitting report, I can do administrative works. Time management and Integrity is my core work ethics.
