To help you assess my abilities as a lawyer, I passed the bar in 2019 and worked in a private law office and in a government office as well. I was also a law professor who taught "Private International Law" in one of the law schools here in the Philippines where I discussed how to resolve issues involving conflicting laws between different states in the U.S. and between two countries with different conflicting laws concerning an individual/property.
I specialize in: 1) drafting pleadings, affidavits, contracts, letters, Articles of Partnership/Incorporation and legal opinion; 2) torts and damages; and 3) cases involving conflicting laws between states and countries (specially between U.S. and the Philippines).
I also offer legal advice and review, and amend/revise contracts needed for personal business or for corporations.
