I worked in a BPO setup and my most recent job (2018) is a Order Manager for an internet provider. Wherein I am assigned to provide client's regarding their circuit order and make sure there won't be any issude about it. Thus is the part where I need to follow up with my downstream team regarding the customer's order. I know this will be a disadvantage for me since I have a log gap since my last work but I am a fast learner and I am willing to learn new skills for me to able to work on my job.
