I currently serve as a Subject Matter Expert at a company that manages the client Microsoft Advertising, with a specialized focus on the Bing Ads platform. In this role, I provide expert-level support to frontline agents, offering strategic guidance on product functionality, campaign optimization, and advertiser success. My responsibilities extend to client-facing engagements, where I identify and report emerging issues within Bing Ads and its associated tools. I act as a key liaison between clients and internal teams, relaying strategic updates and process changes to ensure alignment and responsiveness. I also lead knowledge-sharing initiatives that elevate team performance and uphold high service standards.
In addition to support and strategy, I assist account management with a range of operational tasks—including performance reporting and analysis, workflow documentation, SharePoint content review, and the development of clear, actionable knowledge base articles. I’m passionate about streamlining operations, solving challenges proactively, and driving impactful results through the Bing Ads ecosystem.
