I am currently a 3rd Year college student with plenty of experiences in writing and secretarial work.
As a writer:
In my university (Western Philippines University - Puerto Princesa City Campus), I have been an all-around writer for our campus publication from the 1st semester of my first year until the 1st semester of my 2nd year—a position that helped me gain numerous experiences that most students in our campus do not possess.
As a secretary:
Additionally, I've also been a board of member and the external secretary of my former college student organization (College of Fisheries and Aquatic Sciences Student Organization) during my first year in college. Currently, I am our campus' supreme student council's secretary. With these said, I am proficient when it comes to secretarial work; this may include duties such as creating letters, processing the signing of the letters' due signatories, taking the minutes of the meeting, and many more additional minor tasks.
Additional experience:
During the admission process of our college for the Academic Year-----------, I have been tasked by our organization adviser and college secretary in assisting in the admin work that must be done during the said period. My tasks at the time involved creating the masterlist of all applicants across three programs (Google Sheets and Google Docs), editing of digital layouts for the announcement of accepted applicants (Canva), and monitoring as the proctor of the applicants' examinations.
