July 2011-December 2017: I used to work as a Customer Service Representative both frontline and backline for Convergys (Now called "Concentrix"), I was promoted to floor support/coach and then I also worked as a team leader.
June 2018-September 2024: I became a seafarer and I worked there as an Activity/Program Host for game shows/trivia wall/workshops/gala dinner, I also handled box office where guests book/purchase tickets for shows/classes/tours
November 2024-present: I started my journey as a Virtual assistant where I did Lead Generation/appointment setter role/SDR.
