I took on the challenge of helping launch and grow a real estate venture, wearing many hats and learning fast in an environment where every decision had real impact. This was for a Toronto-based team, and I was personally based in the city for over two years, fully engaged in on-the-ground operations.
With no blueprint, I stepped into strategy, marketing, sales, and team leadership all at once. I managed over $14,000/month in ad spend across platforms like Meta Ads, Google Ads, and more constantly analyzing performance and running A/B tests. Within months, I was consistently generating around 4 to 5x ROAS, not by chance, but by leveraging data, refining audiences, and adjusting creatives in real time.
I built and trained a 3 person calling team from scratch, and made about 50 to 60 calls daily myself to deeply understand the market and refine our messaging. These efforts resulted in 6-7 booked appointments per week and gave us key insights into how to better qualify and convert leads.
Beyond lead generation, I redesigned sales processes, coordinated closely with designers, media buyers, and landing page developers to continuously optimize our campaigns. I also managed email campaigns, and CRM systems (including automated workflows and tagging strategies) to improve communication, tracking, and conversion efficiency.
The real value? I learned how to build, scale, and improve a business by connecting data with human behavior, and I can bring that same mindset of curiosity, speed, and adaptability to any team or project I join.
