In my experience in the different fields of HR, I believe that people are the most valuable asset of every company. My experience in recruitment, employee relations, selection, compensation and benefits, policy making and other facets of HR allowed me to have a deep understanding of what it means to cultivate, develop and maintain employees in a small or large scale business and everything in between.
