I have experience in IT, most notably with hardware and software troubleshooting with Windows computers, printers and a bit of CCTV knowledge. I've done IT work on site for my local hospital and technical support for Cognizant. I also have a brief experience in cold calling in real estate as a part timer. I also have experience as an Administrative Aide for my local Government.
Currently working as a Virtual Assistant for NexHub, working with AI tools, such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Magnific, SUNO, appointment setting, editing videos in Filmora Wondershare, editing images or PDF guides in Canva. Research on various topics as needed, document organization in google drive, google spreadsheets, and calling among other tasks.
