I have close to three years of experience in human resources and recruitment, with a strong background in both the F&B industry in Singapore and the BPO sector in the Philippines. My skills include end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, client and staff coordination, timesheet and claims management, and handling compensation-related queries. I'm also trained in HR operations through two internationally recognized certifications—Certified Human Resource Associate (CHRA) and Associate Certified Practitioner in Human Resources (aCPHR).
