I am a licensed Nurse with years of experience in both Hospital and Clinical setting. I have completed a specialized Medical VA training course which support healthcare professionals. And with that I was able to gain knowledge and be familiar of the responsibilities and tasks to be done such as Appointment scheduling, EMR and EHR navigation, insurance verification, patient referrals, scribing and other important tasks. Having said that during our course we were able to do hands on training using simple practice and practice fusion. My combined clinical experience and virtual assistant training make me well prepared to provide efficient, accurate and compassionate support to healthcare providers and their patients.
