I am a Registered Nurse in the Philippines with extensive experience in a General Intensive Care Unit, handling a wide range of patients from pediatrics to geriatrics. I am currently pursuing my Master of Arts in Nursing, specializing in Nursing Administration, to strengthen my leadership, management, and organizational expertise in healthcare settings.
Alongside my clinical practice, I am a Certified Medical Transcriptionist with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in healthcare documentation. I have also served as a Clinical Instructor, teaching nursing students in both theory and hands-on clinical practice, ensuring they gain the skills, knowledge, and professionalism needed to excel in their careers.
I work as a US-based Medical Virtual Assistant, specializing in Transitional Care Management (TCM) and Chronic Care Management (CCM). My role involves conducting patient follow-ups, verifying medical records, scheduling appointments, coordinating care plans, and ensuring seamless communication between patients and providers—all while maintaining strict HIPAA compliance.
