Civil Engineer with a specialization in Construction Engineering and Management, graduated from Mapúa University. Since December 2023, I have been working as an Estimator, with practical experience in preparing detailed estimates, quantity take-offs, and bid proposals for various construction projects. I am also involved in developing S-curves, cash flow forecasts, and Programs of Work to support project scheduling and financial planning.
In addition to office-based tasks, I conduct regular site inspections and assist in surveying activities to ensure accuracy in execution and alignment with the plans. I strictly adhere to the National Building Code of the Philippines in all aspects of planning, estimating, and site compliance.
Proficient in AutoCAD for detailed technical drawings and SketchUp for creating 3D perspectives and visualizations. With strong analytical, planning, and documentation skills, I contribute to efficient, accurate, and code-compliant project delivery.
