I am an IT professional with strong skills in Windows troubleshooting, system administration, networking (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), and remote support using tools such as TeamViewer, AnyDesk, and RDP. I have hands-on experience with ticketing systems like Freshdesk, Jira, Zendesk, and ServiceNow, as well as Microsoft Office and 365, basic cybersecurity, virtualization (VirtualBox, VMware), and foundational knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS. I also have programming experience in C#, with beginner-level skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and additional knowledge in video editing using Clipchamp. Currently, I am focused on strengthening my C# expertise through Visual Studio Code and HackerRank, developing a digital CV website using HTML/CSS/JS, and building an apartment management desktop application in C#.
