For the past 3 years, I have worked as an Administrative Assistant, Import Officer, and part-time Etsy seller. In these roles, I have handled data entry, maintained accurate records, and prepared meeting minutes. I also have experience in freight forwarding, where I monitor critical air and sea import shipments and coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, overseas agents, customs brokers, and client to ensure smooth operations. In addition to my corporate experience, I manage my Etsy shop, where I developed a strong understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and product listing optimization. I also create Canva designs, templates, and mockups to promote my products and improve my shop's visibility.
