Angela is currently a Nurse Reliever at Maxicare’s Primary Care Clinic (PCC), where she has developed hands-on experience in outpatient care. Her responsibilities include providing basic nursing care, conducting initial patient assessments, assisting physicians during consultations, dispensing over-the-counter medications, and maintaining accurate and timely patient records. She also monitors medical supplies, assists with annual check-ups, coordinates patient appointments, and addresses patient inquiries.
She is proficient in using Maxicare’s electronic medical records (EMR) system, eMedCore, for efficient documentation and patient data management. With her clinical background, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills, Angela is well-prepared to take on the responsibilities of a Healthcare Virtual Assistant, providing remote support with professionalism and care.
