Over the years, I’ve taken on different roles that helped me grow both professionally and personally. Each experience came with lessons that continue to shape who I am today.
I began my career on September 11, 2015, as a Customer Service Representative for Concentrix PH – Amazon Account in Eastwood City, Quezon City. My job involved assisting customers with their orders and concerns. It taught me how to communicate clearly, solve problems efficiently, and stay calm under pressure. Working in a global company also helped me improve my English skills and understand the value of excellent customer service.
On May 29, 2016, I joined RSU Infinity Calls Solution in Olongapo City as a Sales Representative. I held this position until December 31, 2016. In this role, I offered products and services to clients, learning how to engage people, build trust, and present ideas with confidence. It was a challenging job, but it helped me become more persuasive and self-assured.
Then, on January 1, 2017, I was promoted to Q&A Officer and HR Assistant in the same company. I stayed in this position until February 19, 2017. As a Q&A Officer, I reviewed the quality of calls and gave constructive feedback to improve performance. As an HR Assistant, I helped manage employee documents, schedules, and other administrative tasks. Although it was a short stint, it gave me a deeper understanding of how important it is to support both employees and the company.
After these experiences, I d----------- it was time to finish my education. I went back to school and earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Secondary Education, Major in Filipino—a decision that opened the door to a new and more fulfilling chapter in my career.
On January 18, 2023, I joined The Manila Times College of Subic as a College Instructor and NSTP Coordinator, where I served until June 10, 2025. I taught Filipino and Social Studies, and I guided students through their National Service Training Program (NSTP). I also helped organize community outreach activities that encouraged students to apply what they learned in real life. Teaching quickly became more than just a job—it became a passion. I felt proud knowing I was playing a role in shaping the next generation.
Looking back, my work journey—from customer service and sales to HR and now teaching—has been full of growth and purpose. Every role taught me something new and prepared me for greater responsibilities. I am deeply grateful for every opportunity, and I look forward to continuing this journey of learning, leading, and serving others.
