I started out working in a call center for a year, where I handled everything from sales and tech issues to billing questions and customer retention. It was fast-paced and demanding, but it taught me how to stay calm under pressure, listen actively, and keep conversations going no matter what the situation was.
A few months ago, I got into chatting and spent 3 months working as a chatter on a Private Page. That’s when I really started learning how to connect with people on a more personal, emotional level. It was challenging at times, but I genuinely enjoyed it, and it made me want to improve and do more in this space.
Back in college, I was part of the Junior People Management Association of the Philippines, which focused on human resources and communication. I served as Chairperson for Marketing, Creatives, and Social Media so I’ve always been drawn to work that blends connection and creativity.
I know I’ve still got room to grow, but I’m always open to learning. I take feedback seriously, I’m easy to coach, and I’m really motivated to become someone strong in this role with the right training and support.
