I am currently employed with the Local Government Unit (LGU) of the Municipality of Bayambang, Province of Pangasinan, where I hold a permanent position as Administrative Assistant III (Secretary II) under the Office of the Municipal Administrator. In the course of my service, I have been entrusted with multiple responsibilities that reflect my versatility, dedication, and capability in various areas of governance and administrative management.
In addition to my primary designation, I serve in several key roles within the LGU, including:
Document Control Custodian (DCC) – I manage and oversee the proper documentation of official records and ensure that all files are maintained according to quality standards and local government protocols.
ISO Focal Person – I play a central role in ensuring that our office maintains compliance with ISO standards, facilitating audits, preparing documentation, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives in line with quality management systems.
Quality Assurance Officer – I monitor, evaluate, and enhance the quality of internal processes, ensuring that all services and deliverables meet established standards of excellence and contribute to effective public service delivery.
Safety Officer – I support the implementation of occupational safety and health policies, conducting risk assessments and promoting a safe working environment for municipal employees and stakeholders.
IT Technical Working Group (IT-TWG) Member – I participate in the planning, evaluation, and implementation of information technology systems that improve office productivity and enhance service delivery to the public.
Process Owner – I am directly responsible for managing and optimizing specific administrative processes, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
Furthermore, I hold a valid license as a Professional Teacher, which underscores my commitment to public service, lifelong learning, and professional development. My educational background and teaching credentials also enhance my ability to communicate effectively, organize tasks systematically, and engage constructively with colleagues and clients alike.
