I have been in the BPO industry for over 3 years now. I've handled several accounts; Telecommunications, Healthcare and even Financial Accounting. I am looking to expand my knowledge and experience and look forward to work remotely. I am also a Humanities and Social Sciences graduate which nurtured my communication skills and together with my experience I can confidently say that I am a great candidate for the position.
