I have been in the HR field for 7 years, starting from the lowest position—HR Staff—progressing to HR Officer, then Supervisor, and now as an HR Manager. This journey was never easy. It required a great deal of patience, perseverance, and hard work.
Throughout the years, I’ve learned that being in HR is not just about policies and processes, it demands resilience, sound judgment, and emotional discipline. As an HR professional, you must be firm with your decisions, and as much as possible, avoid letting emotions cloud your judgment to ensure fair and effective outcomes.
