Hi there! I am a freelancer with over 3 years of experience, mostly in voice-over jobs and content writing from my affiliations at school. I am a member of our Radio Drama Team, and School's Publication's Office starting from grade school to my university years, where I worked as a writer/proofreader and broadcaster. I major in AB English Language and Literature, hence I am confident in my communication and research skills, which basically sums up my degree.
A major part of my life have been involved with NGOs, specifically Save the Children where I was chosen as representative to attend workshops related to Child Rights & Protection, Disaster Preparedness, Radio Drama & Broadcasting, and Psychological Aid. From there on, I became part of our local radio station, 103.5 Mayorga FM Station as a part-time reporter and worked as speaker in our community campaigns funded by our local government. I was also privileged to be one of the representatives to attend the Greenpeace Inc. Tour in Tacloban City, in commemoration of Typhoon Yolanda.
In my university years, I also worked as a host for various events, like pageants, culmination, and even debuts. In addition, I worked to voice-over one of our university's project in collaboration with UMDC and transcribed its research study on Leyte's "Tuba" culture. Overtime, I had VO private projects including a promotional video on Tacloban City's 2024 Christmas Songwriting Competition.
Given these experiences, I am flexible and highly adaptive to various kinds of jobs. I am equipped with both the technical skills, background knowledge and even work ethics in the freelancing world. I value timeliness and quality assurance, more so in good work relations with my clients. If you think I can be of help with your project, you may consider me as hired.
