Hello! I am a Computer Science graduate from the Philippines with strong interest in remote IT support and virtual assistant work. I have hands-on experience in computer troubleshooting, hardware servicing, Windows installation, printer setup, and basic network configuration.
I am comfortable assisting users with technical concerns, performing step-by-step problem solving, and maintaining organized workflows in a remote environment. I can also help with data entry, email management, research tasks, and administrative support.
In addition, I have basic knowledge in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript which allows me to assist in simple website updates and technical tasks. I also use modern AI productivity tools to work faster, learn new systems quickly, and improve task efficiency.
