I am a fresh graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, majoring in Web Development. During my On-the-Job Training at a five-star hotel in the Philippines, I gained valuable hands-on experience in technical support, network support, and Management Information Systems.
My responsibilities included troubleshooting hardware and software issues, providing end-user support, configuring and maintaining network devices, and assisting in daily IT operations to ensure smooth and secure system performance. This experience has strengthened my skills in problem-solving, communication, and delivering reliable technical solutions under pressure.
