I'm 23 years old and have a strong background in customer service, social media management, and content creation. I started my career as a Customer Service Associate at Amazon Philippines (In-House) from 2022 to 2023, where I developed strong communication, problem-solving, and client-handling skills.
In October 2023, I transitioned into the creative field as a Social Media Specialist at Sanshen Philippines, even with no prior experience. During my time there until April 2024, I honed my skills in graphics design, video editing, production planning, and overall content strategy. This role allowed me to take full ownership of brand visibility and online engagement.
In May 2024, I entered the exciting world of sports media. I worked with various football clubs and leagues in the Philippines as a Media Officer and eventually as a Content Manager. My responsibilities included capturing live sports -----------nts, producing reels, managing social media pages, and creating promotional campaigns – all tailored for digital platforms.
