I’ve built my experience across customer service, marketing, and admin work. I started at Mister Donut, moved into a marketing role, and then worked in the BPO industry handling a US credit card account—both customer support and backend processing. Most recently, I worked as a virtual assistant for a Canadian loan service, where I reviewed applications, assisted clients, and made sure everything stayed accurate and compliant. I’m used to wearing different hats and making sure things get done properly.
